ShopNoMore (“ShopNoMore,” “we,” “us” or “our”) runs shopnomore.com (the “Site”), where we write about gear, gadgets and genuinely useful products. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or sign up for our emails, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Newsletter sign-ups. When you subscribe to our daily email, we collect your email address.
  • Messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

Information collected automatically

  • Server and delivery logs. Like most websites, the services that host and deliver the Site receive standard technical information when your browser requests a page: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. We will respond to verified requests as the law requires and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
